I love seeing the results in projects where I’ve been part of proposing the solution. That’s when I feel like I’ve really made a difference.
— Emil Andersson, Project Manager
What do you enjoy most about being a project manager?
— It’s a lot about how you get information from the customers. You’re involved in a different way, which means you can also influence more. Sometimes you’re in meetings with the customer’s entire organisation, and it’s really satisfying when they listen to what you know and actually consider the solutions you put forward.
What does the near future look like?
— Right now I’ve started a small side project, looking at where we can make targeted efforts to improve water quality in local streams and lakes. I can’t say too much about it just yet, but for me it feels important to make a difference where you can.
— Other than that, I’m looking forward to taking on bigger projects, more complex challenges and new markets. That’s really what drives me — the chance to have more impact. And I love seeing the results in projects where I’ve been part of proposing the solution. That’s when I feel like I’ve really made a difference.
