Strong Start to the Autumn Season for Swedish Hydro Solutions

A lot is happening at Swedish Hydro Solutions right now. We're working at full capacity, and in the past few weeks, we've taken on several new projects.

One of these projects is a contract to conduct a feasibility study for a large material handling company, which we’re not yet able to name. The assignment involves the design and installation of a permanent water treatment system at the company’s site. We’re excited to be expanding our work with more major industrial clients!

In Tagene, NCC is building a new asphalt plant as part of their "Green Asphalt" concept. The production process will be modernized, making the new plant the most advanced of its kind in Sweden. The project begins with groundwork and extensive drilling, generating both debris and large amounts of sludge. Additionally, since all the work is being carried out within a water protection area, the treatment requirements are particularly stringent.

Swedish Hydro Solutions' role is to manage the water treatment and sludge, as well as handle the oil contamination present in certain areas.

Our first delivery includes a pre-sedimentation container, a HydroBox 10 for chitosan dosing, sedimentation tanks, and BioMedia® filters.

We have also signed an agreement to carry out a feasibility study and pilot project for a large landfill facility. This work is set to begin at the end of the year, and planning is already well underway.
