– We continuously work on developing our technology and products, including the HydroBox. It already offers an efficient and safe water treatment process, but if there is an opportunity to refine or further develop the process, we want to pursue it, says Oskar von Krusenstierna, product manager at Swedish Hydro Solutions.

In addition to updated material choices, similar to those in the mobile trailer system, we have also made changes to our piping. This is to reduce resistance in the piping, allowing for a higher flow through the HydroBox. These changes also make the HydroBox more durable and easier to maintain.

Additional updates include the replacement of certain components in the HydroBox control system. This is to improve and ensure high quality, as well as enable more advanced control and monitoring. One of these updates is the selection of a different type of dosing pump that does not need to be vented.

Finally, we have also added a lifting aid in the HydroBox to assist our service technicians and customers when they need to replace or service the pump. The pumps can be quite heavy and difficult to move on their own. This aid makes the work easier, providing a better working environment for both our service technicians and customers.

– All the improvements and updates we make also contribute to standardizing our entire product range. This makes it easier for our customers to recognize and use our products, regardless of which individual components are included in a project-specific installation. This simplifies the work for both our customers and service technicians while also contributing to a safer and better working environment within the HydroBox, concludes Oskar.
